What is in a delivery manifest.
Each asset ships with a manifest measured from the source itself, not self-reported.

| Lines of code | Original source, excluding vendored, generated and third-party code. |
| Reviewed PR count | Merged pull requests or changelists with at least one human review. |
| History span | First and last commit dates, with gaps and rewritten history flagged. |
| Contributor count | Distinct human authors after merging duplicate identities. |
| Test ratio | Test files and lines relative to source. |
| Licence scan result | SPDX identifiers, licence headers and vendored code found, with exclusions listed. |

Provenance standard
Verified before it is offered.
Ownership, public-code overlap, third-party licences, secrets, personal information, history and AI authorship are checked before an asset is offered, with a legal review before delivery. Anything uncertain is excluded. Read the verification standard.

| Non-exclusive | The asset may also be licensed to other buyers. The lowest price and the fastest to agree. |
| Exclusive by use | Exclusive for an agreed use, such as training or evaluation, for an agreed term. |
| Fully exclusive | One buyer for the agreed term. The owner can usually keep operating their own product. |
| First look | A window to review and accept an asset before it is offered to anyone else. |
