A little Australian optimism

Good things
grow from
good work.

You’ve made something good. Let’s see what else it can do.

We buy and license codebases and project materials, helping studios and makers find fresh value in work they already own.

Let’s have a chat

Big ideas. Small projects. All welcome.

Good work has a second life

Made with care.
Still full of possibility.

That game you shipped. The prototype you parked. The tools you built along the way. There’s a lot of good work sitting in folders. We help it find its next chapter.

Something a little different?

Other original data or useful project materials? Tell us what you’ve made. We’d love to take a look.

Tell us about it
Colourful project folders, a little wattle plant and a curious kookaburra in the Australian sunshine.

A little of what you’ve made. A little of what’s next.

Easy does it

A conversation.
A plan. A fresh start.

  1. 1

    Tell us what you’ve got

A quick overview is plenty to start. No need to send your code or files just yet.

  2. 2

    Find the right fit

We explore the opportunity together, then put the scope, intended use and payment in plain writing.

  3. 3

Give good work somewhere to go

Once you’re happy with the agreement, we arrange the handover and take care of the preparation.

Good people. Clear agreements.

Your work.
Your call.

We’re here to make something good happen, together.

A fair offer, in writing

A fixed fee, a share of licensing revenue or an ongoing partnership. We’ll work out what fits and agree the details with you.

You choose what’s included

One project or a few. We agree exactly which materials and rights are part of the arrangement before anything changes hands.

A little care goes a long way

Confidentiality comes before a detailed review. Any sample is limited to what you’re comfortable sharing and have the right to provide.

A few things you might be wondering

Good questions.

Something else on your mind?
We’re an email away

Does my project need to be finished?

Not at all. Prototypes, shelved games and internal tools can be a good fit too. A quick description of the project, its engine or language, and its current state is a great starting point.

Do I have to sell my whole project?

No. A licence can let you keep ownership of your game and code while allowing specific, agreed uses. Any purchase or licence is scoped in writing, so you can decide what works for you.

What happens to the materials?

We prepare selected materials for agreed uses by our partners. These can include AI research, training and evaluation. The permitted uses, any further licensing and the scope are set out in your agreement before you share the materials.

How does payment work?

Depending on the project, we can explore a fixed payment, a base payment with revenue share, or a paid ongoing partnership. Your written offer covers the amount, payment timing and what’s included.

What should I send to get started?

Just a short introduction: what you’ve built, the engine or language, and whether it’s finished or still a work in progress. Please leave out confidential files and repositories for now. We’ll work out the next steps together.
